As part of the launch event for the IDI Mind Over Matter campaign at the Morrison Hotel in Dublin on October 11th, 2017, a series of props were specially designed and created to enhance the atmosphere and communicate the essence of the campaign.
One of the standout props was 'Bob,' a captivating 3D structure constructed using different thicknesses of MDF (Medium-Density Fiberboard). The use of layered MDF allowed for the creation of depth and dimension, bringing 'Bob' to life. Each colour used in the design represented a different layer of the structure, adding visual interest and complexity to the overall form. 'Bob' served as a focal point, capturing the attention and curiosity of attendees.
Another notable prop was the IDI 'D,' which played a significant role in representing the institute's brand identity. This distinctive letter was milled from a single piece of High-Density Foam, showcasing precision craftsmanship and attention to detail. The foam 'D' was meticulously finished in the appropriate colours, aligning with the campaign's visual theme and branding.
These props, along with other elements of the event, contributed to the immersive experience of the IDI Mind Over Matter campaign launch. They served as visual representations of the campaign's core message, creating an engaging and memorable environment for attendees.
